U.S. Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Sears Holdings Corp., the largest U.S. department-store chain, ousted Chief Executive Officer Alan Lacy and named Aylwin Lewis to succeed him after comparable sales at Sears and Kmart stores fell.
